Staffline Group announced on Tuesday that its Recruitment GB division has secured a temporary labor supply contract with GXO Logistics. The company has also been awarded contract renewals with Marks and Spencer Group and AM Fresh Group.

Under the new agreement, staff from Recruitment GB will provide dedicated temporary labor services to an additional 14 distribution centers across the U.K. These centers serve several major high street brands. This expansion of the partnership with GXO Logistics represents a 40% increase in Staffline's share of the labor supply business in the U.K. The company expects this growth to result in significant revenue increases.

In addition to the partnership with GXO Logistics, Recruitment GB has secured a six-year extension of its strategic partnership with Marks and Spencer Group. This extension primarily covers the company's 900,000 square foot e-commerce logistics site, as well as its primary online clothing and home distribution center located in the east Midlands.

Furthermore, Staffline and AM Fresh are expanding their existing partnership. They have agreed to a sole supply agreement on a multi-year contract basis at AM Fresh's facilities in Cambridgeshire. These new opportunities are scheduled to take effect in the second half of 2023.

Shares of Staffline Group saw a slight increase of 0.2% at 25.5 pence as of 0740 GMT.
