In commodities news, Brent crude oil futures have dipped by 1.24%, while gold futures are down 0.18%. Meanwhile, Bitcoin has experienced a slight decline of 0.17% and is currently valued at $30,224.

The 10-Year Treasury yield has slipped to 3.790%.

In the previous regular trading session, the S&P 500 saw a minor decrease of 0.10%, while the Dow performed well with a 0.33% increase. Overnight in Asia, China's Shanghai Composite Index experienced a downturn of 0.87%.

Across the pond, stocks in Europe are also facing a downward trend. The STOXX Europe 600 Index has declined by 0.55%, and the FTSE 100 Index has dropped by 0.21% compared to the previous close.
